Bangkok arrival throught the red-zone

Hello friends and family,
Yesterday in the airplane, eating spaghetti at 8km height, I was thinking about our weird world. The more we develop the more trouble we create for each other and the environment. Of course this is no news, you read it every day in the news. Strangely, I also coudnt think of a solution during my spagehetti meal. In fact I was much more worried about the situation ahead of me in Bangkok. From the airport I took a taxi to Mae’s house and I arrived safely. During the ride we drove over the red-zone and the taxi driver even pointed at THE hotel where the sniper was before. It was wierd again! and the situation is still very tense here. The same evening, while I was playing football, there was a dispute on a square nearby the field followed by a shot in the air (at least it sounded like that).
While I am writing you this message in an Internet cafe many of the kids around me are playing shooting games but that’s normal! (wierd? well, a little yes.)
Anyway, in Amsterdam we did manage to settle into a nice place with garden in a Magaritta-friendly surrounding. Magaritta-friendly involves many playgrounds and other children to play with. Juliette also likes the house and her new job. J even went to Lithuania for Fair wear. (See pictures in previous post)
Magaritta seems to enjoy the full-time kindergarten and her Dutch understanding is getting quite good. Hopefully they both remember most of their Thai language when they arrive in Thailand next month. BTW: I noticed that the phone number I wrote in a message was wrong. Juliette’s number is:0627963642. The address is correct. Stay in touch, M!

I forgot to mention Dalaad, our dog. He is doing well. He also sends his barking regards.
